The group is led by qualified yoga teacher Mary Callaghan. It is open to all who would like to experience this beautiful discipline as a path of self discovery using movement, breathing and meditation practices. We approach the class gently and progressively so every one can take part and benefit, regardless of ability, disability and experience. All our practices are done seated in a chair. Doors open at 12.00 for 12.15 prompt start. Finish at 13.15.
