The committee have been discussing succession planning and we need to start planning for replacements when current members move on. We would love to hear from anyone who is interested in helping to run the organisation in challenging times. There is room to co-opt a few members onto the committee, or you could work in a team with the existing committee member responsible for an area. We would particularly welcome volunteers with financial or IT skills, or with experience of or interest in areas of administration like minute taking.
