The schedule could include visits of various kinds – to theatres, cinemas, art galleries, museums, sporting venues (this could be participatory or as spectators), it could include short stays in the country – or even abroad! Further Away Days

Further Away Days

Coach outings going outside the bounds of London (outings within London are the province of the Away Day group).  We make visits to picturesque towns and villages, country houses and their gardens, Christmas markets and places of interest.  See interesting sites without the bother of organising the trip or driving yourself.

All outings depart from East Finchley underground station.

London Architecture Visits

The London Architectural Visits Group organises visits to buildings and places of architectural and/or historical interest in London. We arrange guided tours for up to 20 people at the venues; the admission and guide’s fees are collected for each visit ‘at the door’ (£10-20).

Visits are monthly with winter and summer breaks, up to 10 per year. Recent visits include The Gatehouse Theatre, Lincoln’s Inn, Bruce Castle, Salter’s Hall, King’s Cross, Holborn and Marble Hill House.
