Meditation has many benefits which include a quietening of the mind, stilling the thought waves, calming of the body, better focus, clarity of thinking and much more.
The aim of the class is for us to explore various techniques to help bring about, or bring us towards, a state of meditation.
I propose we sit in chairs (which are provided) or if you wish to sit on the floor, to bring your own blanket/mat/cushion.
