We are pleased to advertise new groups, to operate on Zoom, provided there are enough members interested:
Asha Phillips, a teacher, has offered to lead a group: Research has validated the many benefits of mindfulness. It has been shown to improve well being, physical and mental health.
It can reduce pain, anxiety and stress and enable us to live more fully in the present moment, in body and in mind. Many of our worries come from ruminating about the past or being concerned about the future. Being in the here and now can feel liberating and build up our sense of resilience, compassion and gratitude.
This would be self taught, but a lot of help would be available from the national subject experts for a group to research their family histories.

We have two successful groups on this, but both are sadly full up. There is demand for a third, if we can find someone prepared to co-ordinate discussions.
